We are committed to selling the best quality watches and promise that every watch is tested before it is sent out.We are well aware that many people will encounter scammers from China, and we know all about their tricks, Attract customers to buy with low prices, Incorrectly shipped (replaced with low-cost, inferior watches),Even received the money without delivery!We are proud that we never cheat our customers, We promise:what you order is VSF is VSF, what you order is CLEANF and what you receive is CLEANF, if it is out of stock, we will tell you to wait or you can get a refund.

         In the past 4 years, we insisted on using Paypal to make every buyer feel safe, which led us to have more than a dozen accounts blocked by Paypal, with a total loss of about $85,000.Paypal prohibits all sales of replica brands.Because of this, we had to cancel the Paypal payment! We use other ways of collecting money.We know it will cause you inconvenience, and we apologize for this, while assuring you that our service and quality will not change as a result!

1-The watch will be delivered to you correctly.If the watch gets stuck in your country, or if the shipping company loses it in the middle of the journey, we will re-send you an identical one.(What should I do if I unfortunately get stuck in customs? Please check here)

2-All watches will be tested before sent out ,We will send buyers quality inspection videos and detailed pictures.(How do we control quality? Please check here)

3-Can I get a refund if I don't like the watch? We tend to advise our customers to make sure that what you buy is what you want. If you see the watch and don't want it anymore, you can return it to us, but only if you don't tear the protective film of the watch, Otherwise the factory won't refund. The return shipping costs will need to be paid by you and the factory may charge a little depreciation fee.

4-We guarantee that the watch you receive is the correct version: color, style, movement, manufacture, quality, matching the description on our website.

5-All watches have real tracking numbers. We recommend our customers to choose FedEx, the shipping cost is $35-$50, and it varies from country to country.The tracking number will be sent to you after the watch is sent. If you want to check the status of the package, you can check it on the FedEx website, or text our sales support.

          Our large number of shipping photos and facts prove that we are honest sellers. If you have this concern, we have a more reasonable approach.We always look at things from customers point of view and help clear up doubts. If I were you, I'd be worried about falling for a scam too.So we use the most reasonable and fair way:

You only need to pay a $50 deposit before the watch is sent out(We also require a deposit to order a watch from the factory). After we get the watch from the factory, we test and calibrate the movement to verify the quality. We will send you the videos and detail pictures to confirm. When you confirm, transfer the rest of the  money via Wise/Remitly/WorldRemit/Paysend/Western Union to the bank account we provide, and we confirm and ship the watch. The tracking number will be sent to you in real time. Tracking information is often updated only the next day.

Step 1: Confirm the brand, model and color you need, factory, price and shipping cost.

Step 2: Pay the deposit for the watch ($50 deposit for one watch, we send the order to the factory to deliver the deposit)

Step 3: We send the order to the factory.

Step 4: After getting the watch from the factory, we will test the watch movement and send you the videos and detail pictures to verify the quality.

Step 5: After confirmation, you are required to pay the remaining amount. Please send us the screenshot after payment.

Step 6: We confirm the receipt of the money and then make an appointment to send the package by FedEx and send you the tracking number.

Step 7: You will receive the correct watch in about 4/8 days (from the day it was sent out).

Note: Normally, it takes 3/5 working days for the factory to prepare the orders, VS factory has a longer time to prepare the watches, about 7-15 days to wait. If we encounter out-of-stock  situation, we will give you feedback in time.
